What is ScrapZoom.com?

ScrapZoom.com is a scrapbooking and crafting deal-of-the day site. Monday through Saturday a deeply discounted item goes up for sale at 9 a.m. MST. Saturday’s deal will carry over to Sunday (if it doesn’t sell out).  But be ready to jump when you see something you like, because once the item sells out, it’s gone.

How much am I saving?

Products are regularly discounted anywhere from 40% to 90% below retail. Nice.

How long is each deal available?

Monday through Saturday ScrapZoom.com posts new deals. Somtimes Saturday’s deal will carry over to Sunday, if it doesn’t sell out first. But once an item sells out, it’s gone. So don’t hesitate if you see something you like.

Yesterday’s deal didn’t sell out and isn’t available on your site any longer. Can I still purchase it?

With the deals being this good, this doesn’t happen often. But the short answer is: not currently.

How do I pay?

We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover cards. We’re working to take American Express, but currently do not accept it. Our site is secure.

Why am I being charged sales tax?

We are required to charge sales tax to customers purchasing from our state of operations. If you live in Utah and purchase from ScrapZoom, we’ll charge you sales tax, if you don’t, you won’t be charged.

How will my personal information be used?

We will only use your information to ship the order and to contact you directly. We’ll never sell or lend your information to third parties. We hate that kind of monkey business.

How does shipping work?

We ship all packages via UPS or USPS within 3-5 business days. We currently only ship within the continental US and Canada, but duties aren’t included and are declared based on what you pay for the item and where the product was manufactured. We aren’t responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in the mail.

Can I return products?

Because we are a deep-discount retailer, we don’t accept returns – all sales are final. However, if you have a special situation with a purchased item (i.e., it’s defective), please send an email to info@scrapzoom.com.

How many of any particular item may I purchase?

Buy as many as you’d like. We only ask that there’s no reselling of deals please.
